Project Management

In my third year, I successfully completed three MOOC certifications in Project Management offered by MOOC Gestion de Projet. This program spanned six weeks, with four weeks dedicated to the core curriculum and case study, followed by two weeks of specialization. The core curriculum enhanced my understanding of fundamental project management concepts, including project management, organization, and advanced project management tools, as well as risk management. For my specializations, I opted for two:

External Functional Analysis: External functional analysis involves methods aimed at structuring the designer’s approach to effectively address the problem at hand. It helps define the functions the product must fulfill and the conditions it must meet to satisfy user expectations. This specialization was instrumental in gaining a deeper understanding of client needs and establishing comprehensive project specifications.

System Functioning Diagnosis: This specialization is more technically oriented, aligning with my engineering background. It enables the description of a system’s functioning, including its parameters and relationships. The ability to decompose a technical system, represent internal flows of energy, material, and information, identify structural parameters, and list/identify issues and improvement directions were crucial components. This specialization equipped me with the necessary tools to manage complex and technical projects effectively.

These certifications not only expanded my knowledge in project management but also provided a well-rounded skill set, allowing me to approach and address diverse challenges in project management with confidence.
