Mission: Digital Strategy Consultant
Currently, as part of my fifth year at the engineering school, I am engaged in a consulting mission with Moneder, focusing on their digital strategy. This assignment is part of my Erasmus exchange program at the Rotterdam Business School, where I am studying Digital Strategy, Growth Hacking, Data Analysis, and Digital Marketing.
Moneder, a Spanish company, specializes in providing digital solutions for sustainable projects throughout Spain. The company collaborates with local organizations and authorities to support business sustainability, offering innovative digital solutions for online commerce and major brands.
This collaborative project involves three team members with diverse expertise. My two colleagues specialize in business psychology and web development/SEO, respectively, while I focus on digital transformation and product management. Working together, we bring a range of skills to the table, including market analysis, technological monitoring, and expertise in digital marketing and digital strategy.
This experience has not only allowed me to acquire numerous skills through the consulting mission but also enabled me to benefit from the diverse skill sets within our team. Specifically, I have gained expertise in market analysis, technological monitoring, and digital marketing, contributing to my overall growth in the fields of digital strategy and product management.
