Mission: Business Innovation Consultant
I worked for 6 months at CGI, a Canadian information technology (IT) consulting, systems integration, and solutions company. During my tenure, I participated in a Business Innovation project with five other students from my school, focusing on an opportunity study within the web3 market.
Specifically, I conducted an in-depth opportunity study on the Metaverse, analyzing use cases in B2C and B2B digital commerce, Meta Office, HR Recruitment, Training, and Exposition. The project concluded with a comprehensive techno-economic study for CGI clients, highlighting the challenges, opportunities, and methods of implementation within the Metaverse across various use cases, whether executed internally or through external solutions.
Throughout this project, I gained valuable insights into consulting practices, honed my ability to understand client needs, and effectively respond to their demands. I developed skills in market research and opportunity analysis while simultaneously working on the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
